Scientific Games Corp.(SGMS) announced the completion of its acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Draw Limited, of Barcrest Group Limited, a supplier of gaming content and machines in Europe, from International Game Technology (IGT).
Based on preliminary, unaudited results provided to the Company, for the twelve months ended June 30, 2011, Barcrest had revenue of approximately GBP 41.9 million.
