Toymaker Jakks Pacific Inc. (JAKK) Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Hong Kong-based Moose Mountain Toymakers Limited, a leader in the sale and manufacture of foot to floor ride-ons, wagons, tents, safe soft play environments, arcade pinball games and sports arcade products.
The business includes licenses for well-known characters and brands, including Disney, Fisher-Price, Sesame Street, Thomas & Friends, Kawasaki, Nickelodeon and Hasbro, and its children's product lines are complementary to JAKKS Pacific's wide-ranging product portfolio.
