TheDirectory.com, Inc. (SEEK.PK) said Monday that it has acquired the website www.BusinessList.com in a cash and debt deal.
TheDirectory.com Founder and CEO Scott Gallagher said, "The acquisition is strategic in nature, and immediately helps us on several fronts relating to the launch of version 2.0 of www.TheDirectory.com. Additionally the acquisition is immediately accretive to earnings and opens several new revenue channels for us."
