SuccessFactors Inc. (SFSF) Tuesday announced agreeing to acquire recruitment solutions provider Jobs2web for $110 million in a all-cash transaction that may close late in 2011. The acquisition is not expected to affect fourth-quarter and full-year 2011 results, the company added.
Jobs2web's recruitment marketing platform, which offers services up to the candidate's application, is seen as being complementary to SuccessFactors's operations, which deal with "everything from application to hirea and beyond."
