Ark Restaurants Corp. (ARKR), reported a drop in profit for the fourth quarter. However, revenues were up in the same quarter.
For the fourth quarter, net income attributable to the company fell to $874 thousand or $0.25 per share from $1.1 million or $0.31 per share in the prior-year period.
Operating income for the quarter was $125 thousand, down from $1.1 million in the comparable quarter last year.
Total revenues for the quarter rose to $37.46 million from $31.92 million in the year-ago period.
