Gainers:

Rambus Inc. (RMBS) is gaining 9 percent to $8.23. The company has revised its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter upwards.

Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) is up 0.66 percent to $31.99. The company announced that Ron Boire has joined the company as executive vice president, chief merchandising officer and president, Sears and Kmart formats.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) is up nearly 4 percent to $41.95. The Israeli generic drug maker appointed Jeremy Levin, a former senior executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (BMY), as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 2012. The company said Shlomo Yanai plans to retire from the company to move on to a new phase in his career.

Trading in shares of Radvision Ltd. (RVSN) was halted. The company provided improved fourth quarter outlook. The company said that the revised guidance mainly reflects record sales of its video endpoints as well as stronger than expected infrastructure sales, which contributed to higher than anticipated revenues in the company's Video Business Unit.

Infosys Ltd. (INFY) is rising over 4 percent to $53.509.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) is gaining 3 percent to $46.24.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (DMND) is gaining nearly 3 percent to $33.06.

Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) is up over 1 percent to $26.31.

Imperial Sugar Co. (IPSU) is up over 11 percent to $3.97.

Autodesk, Inc. (ADSK) is up 4 percent to $31.54.
