Intervest Bancshares Corp. (IBCA) reported fourth-quarter net earnings of $2.7 million or $0.13 per share, compared to $0.4 million, or $0.02 per share for the previous year quarter.
Net-interest and dividend income increased to $10.6 million from $10.4 million last year, while non-interest income was $974 thousand, down from $1.1 million in the comparable quarter last year.
