Fusion-io Inc. (FIO) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.05 after the close Tuesday, compared to the loss of $0.08 in the prior year period. Revenue increased to $84.13 million from $31.22 million last year.
Fusion-io gapped open sharply lower Wednesday and has fallen below the morning's narrow range in the last 15 minutes on increased volume. Shares are now down 5.91 at $24.43. The stock has dropped to a 3-week low and has slipped below its 50-day moving average.
