Mid Penn Bancorp (MPB) Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income to common shares of $1.2 million or $0.35 per share, compared to $0.6 million or $0.17 per share last year.
Total revenues for the quarter grew to $8.8 million from $8.4 million last year. Net interest income was $5.8 million, up from $5 million in the prior year.
Provision for loan and lease losses for the quarter was $50,000, compared to $0.5 million last year.
Additionally, Mid Penn Bancorp declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock, payable February 27 to shareholders of record on February 8.
