Palo Duro Energy Inc. (PDE.V) announced the appointment of Bill Koutsouras as President and CEO or chief executive officer and the resignation of Stephen Barley as President, CEO and director.
Giving a brief description of Koutsouras, the company stated he is the President of Kouts Capital, a consulting company providing assistance to companies with corporate finance related transactions. Previously Koutsouras was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour Mining Corporation.
In addition the the appointment of Koutsouras, the company also appointed Mike Vint to the board of directors of the company. Vint is Vice-President of Mining for Endeavour Financial Corp., an advisory service specializing in debt, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance where he is responsible for mine technical analysis.
