Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (BMTC) parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Friday said it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Davidson Trust Company from Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. and members of Davidson Trust's management group.
The acquisition is expected to increase the assets under management of Bryn Mawr Trust Company's Wealth Management Division by approximately $1.0 billion.
Davidson Trust Company would remain at its current location at 20 N. Waterloo Road, Devon, Pennsylvania.
