Cybex International Inc. (CYBI) announced Monday morning that it has reached a settlement in the product liability litigation with Barnhard.
Cybex International has been climbing for the majority of early trade this morning and is now up 0.56 at $1.11, with volume at over a 2-month high. The stock has risen to its highest level since mid-November and has re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
