Fitch Ratings said Monday that it has affirmed Unum Group Inc.'s (UNM) holding company ratings, including the senior debt rating at 'BBB', as well as the Insurer Financial Strength ratings of all domestic operating subsidiaries at 'A'.
The Rating Outlook is Stable.
Fitch said the affirmation follows a review of Unum Group's fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings.
