Akamai Technologies (AKAM) announced Wednesday morning that it has acquired Blaze Software Inc. in a cash transaction. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Akamai Technologies has been rising since the open Wednesday and is now up 1.36 at $35.01. The stock has broken out of a month and a half long range and has set over an 8-month high.
