Residential property prices in Sweden decreased in the three months ended January, data released by Statistics Sweden showed Thursday.
Prices of one-or two-dwelling buildings dropped 2 percent sequentially in the three months ended January. House prices decreased in 17 out of 21 counties during the period. On an annual basis, prices fell by 3 percent in the November-January period.
The average price of a house in Sweden was SEK2.05 million during the period. The number of purchases recorded between November and January was 6,624, the agency said.
