Cimarex Energy Co. (XEC) has been trading in a narrow range since the open Monday, but has broken out higher in the last few minutes on increased volume. The stock is now up 0.74 at $67.57.
Cimarex Energy is now challenging the upper end of a narrow, one-week range.
