AMREP Corporation (AMR) reported Friday a third-quarter net loss of $0.3 million or $0.05 per share, compared to net income of $1.3 million or $0.21 per share last year.
Results for the quarter included a tax benefit of $0.4 million or $0.06 per share, compared to a benefit of $0.8 million or $0.13 per share last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined to $21.4 million from $23.8 million last year.
