Pyramid Oil Company (PDO) reported fourth-quarter net income of $0.3 million or $0.07 per share, compared to a net loss of $26,736 or $0.01 per share last year.
Revenues for the quarter increased 18 percent to $1.4 million from last year's $1.2 million.
