Semiconductor equipment supplier Aehr Test Systems (AEHR), Thursday, reported a wider loss for the third quarter, on lower revenues .
The Fremont, California-based company reported a third quarter net loss of $1.36 million or $0.15 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.95 million or $0.11 per share last year.
Total revenue for the quarter declined to $2.86 million from $4.24 million in the prior-year quarter.
