SciClone Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SCLN) announced the resignation of Trevor Jones from the company's Board of Directors. Prof. Jones has been a member of the SciClone Board since 2009.
SciClone also announced the resignation of Israel Rios as of April 6. The company said Rios departure was related to winding down of its U.S.-based product development programs.
