Construction products fabricator Canam Group Inc. (CAM.TO) reported first quarter net loss of C$1.32 million or C$0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of C$39.74 million or C$0.88 per share for the same quarter last year.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter increased by 38% to C$208.3 million compared to C$150.6 million year ago.
The company further stated that as at March 31, 2012, its backlog of orders stood at C$421 million, down 9% from C$462 million as at December 31, 2011.
