Kaman Corp.'s (KAMN) subsidiary Kaman Aerospace Group, Inc. and Kineco Private Limited said Wednesday that they have entered into an agreement to form a manufacturing company in India. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The joint venture will initially be constituted from Kineco's existing Goa manufacturing facility. The new company to be known as Kineco Kaman Compasites will manufacture advanced composite structures for aerospace, medical and other industries.
