RGC Resources Inc. (RGCO) Thursday said its profit for the second quarter declined, due mainly to lower revenues.
The Roanoke, Virginia-based company reported second-quarter net profit of $2.48 million or $0.53 per share, compared to $2.52 million or $0.55 per share last year.
Total revenues for the quarter dropped to $21.29 million from $27.07 million in the prior-year quarter.
