NACCO Industries, Inc. (NC) said Wednesday that its Board of Directors has increased the company's regular cash dividend from 53.25 cents to 54.75 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, and will be paid June 15 to stockholders of record on June 1, 2012.
The new dividend is equal to an annual rate of $2.19 per share.
