AV Homes Inc. (AVHI) Thursday reported first-quarter net loss of $8.5 million or $0.68 per share, compared to net loss of $10 million or $0.81 per share last year.
Revenue for the quarter was $26.7 million, compared to $12.2 million a year ago.
During the quarter, the company closed on 63 homes, a 91% increase from last year.
