Australia's new vehicle sales declined 0.7 percent month-on-month on a seasonally adjusted basis in April, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said Monday.
A total of 89,261 units were sold during the month. Year-on-year, vehicle sales rose 7.3 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis.
Month-on-month, sales of passenger and sports utility vehicles decreased 2.6 percent and 1.2 percent respectively.
