Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG (MNHFY.PK) said its profit for the first quarter fell to 28.5 million euros from 35.4 million euros in the prior year. Earnings per share declined to 1.40 euros from last year's 1.76 euros.
Quarterly sales stood almost flat at 494.9 million euros.
