Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (DYA.V) Friday said John Hultink retired as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors.
John Hultink, who will be succeeded by James Payne as CEO and Ronald Perry as Director, has served the company in different capacities since 2009 initially sitting on the business advisory board, and later as a board of director, chairman and CEO. The board of directors also elected Wilf Wikkerink as interim chairman of the company.
