Fresnillo Plc (FRES.L) announced that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting were passed by means of a poll, including the ordinary resolutions and special resolutions set out in the Company's notice of AGM dated 17 April 2012.
Fresnillo announced that its shareholders approved Presentation of the accounts, approve the final dividend, approve the Remuneration Report, appointment of the auditors, allowance of the board to determine the auditors remuneration.
The company shareholders approved re-election of twelve board of Directors.
