Transcat, Inc. (TRNS) reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.2 million or $0.16 per share, up from $1.1 million or $0.14 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
Net revenue for the quarter rose 19.5 percent to $30.8 million from $25.8 million a year ago, due to growth in the product segment and service segment.
