Stone Energy Corp. (SGY) announced that its Board has appointed David Welch as Chairman of the Board, replacing Richard Pattarozzi. Welch will retain his position as Chief Executive Officer and President of Stone Energy. Pattarozzi will remain as the lead Director on the Board.
