BlueStar SecuTech Inc. (BSST.L) said that its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Romeo Edward Sze-Lam Kwok, would be leaving the company on May 31, 2012 and stepping down as a director due to personal reasons, while Antonia Ping would succeed as CFO, effective on 1 June 2012.
Antonia joined BlueStar in July 2009 as Company Secretary and CFO assistant and has more than 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management. Prior to joining BlueStar, Antonia served as Financial Controller in Beijing Longsheng Advertising Co Ltd in China.
