Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., or IOC, reported fourth-quarter stand-alone net profit of Rs.12,670.43 crore, compared with Rs.3,905.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31 last year. Total income increased to Rs.130,305.35 crore from Rs.99,130.03 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.
The company's board recommended a dividend of Rs.5.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2012.
At the BSE, India Oil closed Monday's trading at Rs.267.45, up 0.79 percent from the previous close.
