BioAlliance Pharma SA announced that its Shareholders adopted all the resolutions supported by its Board of Directors. The Shareholders appointed Thomas Hofstaetter as independent Board Member, increasing thus the number of independent members to 5 out of a total of 8.
Besides, due to internal organization changes,ING Belgium, represented by Luc Van de Steen, has announced at the last Board meeting of BioAlliance Pharma its wish to resign from its Board member mandate.
