Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (GLPW) Wednesday revealed the appointment of Manuel Ramirez as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1. David Keller, the current President and CEO, will retire from all positions, effective June 30.
Ramirez joins Global Power from GE where he most recently served as CEO of GE Energy Industrial Solutions. Prior to GE, Ramirez had been involved with a number of technology, financial and business assignments with Siemens.
