ATP Oil & Gas Corp. (ATPG) Thursday announced resignation of newly appointed chief executive officer Matt McCarroll, effective immediately. On June 1, the company appointed McCaroll as its CEO, replacing Paul Bulmahn.
The company said it was unable to reach a mutually agreeable employment agreement with McCarroll.
