Compañia de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A.,or Buenaventura, (BVN, BUE.LM) said Friday that it has reached an agreement with the Orcopampa worker's union, within the frame of annual collective negotiations.
The union concluded the strike that began May 26 after reaching the agreement and normal operations resumed this morning.
The company noted that this strike was declared illegal by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor.
