Bio-Clean International Inc. (BCLE.PK) announced that it has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Kyrgyz Alumina Inc., a Nevada Corporation.
As per the agreement, the two corporations will form a new limited liability corporation which will seek to acquire mining interests, ore and mineral concessions in Eastern Europe and the United States. Several sites and assets have already been identified and targeted, and the newly formed corporation, which will be 40% owned by BCLE, hopes to have an agreement in place for an acquisition of rights to major aluminum concessions and operations though Kyrgyz Alumina over the next 30 days.
Following that, the company said it will seek funding through a private placement of its securities.
