EQT Midstream Partners LP (EQM), an EQT Corp. company, Monday said it raised about $282 million from the initial public offering of 14.4 million common units at $21 per unit.
The common units of the Partnership will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EQM.
The common units sold to the public represent a 40.6 percent limited partner interest in the Partnership. EQT Corp. holds the 2 percent general partner interest and the remaining 57.4 percent limited partner interest in the company.
