Pre-market Movers For July 9 (AA, FX, AGP, WLP, FB, YHOO, SIRI, HOKU, UBPS)

Gainers:

FX Alliance Inc (FX) is rising 39 percent to $21.87. Thomson Reuters Corp. (TRI) has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of the company for $22 per share in cash.

Amerigroup Corp. (AGP) is rising nearly 39 percent to $89.20. WellPoint Inc (WLP) has agreed to acquire the company at $92.00 per share in cash, aggregating to a total transaction value of approximately $4.90 billion. WLP is up over 3 percent to $62.18.

Facebook, Inc. (FB) is up over 1 percent to $32.12. Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) is rising 0.70 percent to $15.89. Both the companies have entered into definitive agreements that launch a new advertising partnership, extend and expand distribution arrangements, and settle all pending patent claims between the companies.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) is up nearly 4 percent to $2.125. The company increased its full year 2012 subscriber and revenue guidance. The company said it added 622,042 net subscribers in the second quarter of 2012, up 38 percent from the previous year period.

Decliners:

Alcoa Inc. (AA) is down 0.74 percent to $8.66 ahead of its second quarter earnings release due after the markets close.

Trading halt:

Trading is shares of Hoku Corp. (HOKU) was halted on Friday by NASDAQ Stock Market at a last price of $0.10 for "additional information requested."

Trading in shares of Universal Business Payment Solutions Acquisition (UBPS) was halted. The company has reached definitive deals to acquire three profitable and growing companies in a transaction for about $179 million, of which $104 million would be paid in cash.
