FiberTower Corp. (FTWR) Tuesday said it has filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
The filing includes a proposed plan of reorganization for FiberTower, which is expected to eliminate the company's long-term debt.
