Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. (CPSS) Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $1.3 million or $0.05 per share, compared to net loss of $6.4 million or $0.35 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter increased 42% to $44.2 million from $31.2 million in the previous year quarter.
For six months, net income was $1.9 million or $0.08 per share, compared to a net loss of $10.6 million or $0.58 per share in the year-ago period.
Revenues for the same period were $88.7 million, up 40% from $63.5 million last year.
