KHD Sees 2012 Group Revenues At Nearly Same Level As Last Year - Quick Facts

KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. (KHDHF.PK) said it expects group
revenues to reach nearly the same level as in 2011, while EBIT margin is estimated at 2% - 4 %.

In the December 31, 2011 financial statements KHD noted restrained group revenue expectations for 2012 and that the company would most likely not reach the 2011 EBIT margin level of 7.5%.

KHD would announce its 2012 half-year report on August 15, 2012.
