M/I Homes, Inc. (MHO) reported second-quarter net income of $3.2 million or $0.17 per share, compared to the net loss of $9.1 million or $0.49 per share in the same period last year.
Total revenue for the quarter rose to $171.0 million from $137.4 million a year ago.
