Badger Meter Inc.(BMI) announced a 6.25% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.17 per share from $0.16 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 14, 2012, to shareholders of record August 31, 2012. The new annual dividend rate for the common stock is $0.68 per share.
