CuOro Resources Corp. (CUA.V) announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on September 10, 2012.
The company said that Robert Sedgemore, Nick DeMare, Dave Doherty, John Seaman and Jorge Alberto Uribe were elected as directors for the ensuing year. All items put forth at the meeting were approved by the shareholders, including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company's existing stock option plan.
The company noted that the directors appointed Robert Sedgemore as President and Chief Executive Officer, Nick DeMare as Chief Financial Officer and Marc Cernovitch as Corporate Secretary.
