STAG Industrial Inc. (STAG) announced the acquisition of a 200,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility located near Green Bay Wisconsin for approximately $9.3 million. The building is 100% leased to a logistics company with a remaining lease term of over 5 years.
STAG noted that the acquisition brings its total 2012 acquisition volume to about $174 million.
