URU Metals Chairman Paul Loudon Resigns; David Subotic To Succeed

URU Metals Limited (URU.L), a developer of large scale base metal projects, on Friday announced that Paul Loudon, Chairman and Director, resigned from the Board with immediate effect. David Subotic, representative of its largest shareholder NWT Uranium Corp., will assume the role of Chairman.

The company also noted that John Lynch, Director, have resigned with immediate effect, while Subotic will remain a Director. This is pursuant to the terms of the relationship agreement between the company and NWT signed earlier.

URU Metals also announced the appointment of Jay Vieira and Roger Lemaitre to the Board of Directors, with immediate effect.

Further, URU Metals said it intends to appoint an independent non-executive director to the Board in due course.

In London, URU Metals shares are currently trading at 3.75 pence, down 0.12 pence or 3.23 percent.
