Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (HTGC) said Friday that it has priced its public offering of 3.1 million shares of common stock.
The offering is expected to close on October 3.
The last reported sales price of Hercules' common stock on September 27 was $11.42 per share.
Hercules expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund investments in debt and equity securities in accordance with its investment objective and for other general corporate purposes.
