Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) announced Monday morning that it now expects to report third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.72 to $0.77. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.46. Full year 2012 adjusted EPS is now expected to be between $2.65 and $2.70, compared to the consensus estimate of $2.39.
Generac Holdings has gapped open sharply higher this morning and is now up 2.90 at $25.79. The stock has jumped to over a 3-month high and has re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
